Panel 1:

Pendersnoot's lawyer says "MY CLIENT CAN PRODUCE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND HIS SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. HE HAS THE SAME RIGHTS AS ANY OTHER CITIZEN IN THE U.S. OF A."

Panel 2:
A larger, angrier-looking lawyer is shown standing infront of a serious looking judge, with a furrowed brow.
The lawyer shouts "HIS DAYS OF CITIZENSHIP ARE OVER! HE ALSO HAS A DEATH CERTIFICATE!".
Pendersnoot's lawyer, out of frame, replies "YET HERE HE SITS...".

Panel 3:
Pendersnoot's lawyer is shown once again, close-up, holding a copy of a Time Magazine style publication. The cover shows Pendersnoot, when he was alive, under the headline "man-of-the-year".
His lawyer says: "YOUR HONOR, LOOK AT THIS ISSUE OF NEWSTIME, MY CLIENT IS DEPICTED ON THE COVER AS "MAN OF THE YEAR". WHY WOULD WE NOT WANT TO RETAIN THIS CITIZEN OF OUR GREAT NATION?

Panel 4:
A close up of the judge is shown, holding his hands together in a prayer-like fashion and thoughtful composure.
The judge says "Hmmm...".
